Our Clinical Team
Nicole Bell (Clinical Director)MA, BCBA
Nicole was introduced to applied behavior analysis in 2012, when she began her undergrad work in behavior science at Western Michigan University. After taking an intro to behavior analysis course, she did a practicum at the Kalamazoo Autism Center, where she fell in love with applied behavior analysis and children with autism. After completing her undergraduate degree, she then started working on her master’s in behavior analysis with an emphasis on autism and organizational behavior management, under the direction of Richard Malott, Ph.D at Western Michigan University. Nicole’s favorite quote is “If they don’t learn the way we teach, we teach the way they learn,” by Ivar Lovaas because she believes that every kid can learn it’s just a matter of finding a strategy that works for that child. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and dog.
